CCA CLOSED TOMORROW (NOV. 30th) - DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER!!! NO DAYCARE school closure

9:07pm – CCA WILL BE CLOSED TOMORROW (NOVEMBER 30th)

CCA Families, after much prayer and time in consideration of the pending severe weather storm, the administrative team has decided it is best to close CCA for WEDNESDAY, November 30th. THIS WILL INCLUDE DAYCARE SERVICES!

Please know this is a very difficult decision knowing how dependent our families are for daycare needs and our school operations. We make this decision after much prayer and we now feel it is in the best interest of our entire CCA family to stay as safe as possible heeding the storm warnings ahead and suspend services for tomorrow.

We fully anticipate reopening for THURSDAY, DECEMBER 1st.

We pray for your understanding and hope everyone can stay as safe as possible. Also, please pray for those that help to serve others during such difficult storms and situations.

Our Number is Complete! welcome to the board

CCA WELCOMES NEW BOARD MEMBERS!

We are excited to announce our newest members to CCA’s Board of Directors, Rev. John Padula (Pastor-The Altar Church, CDA) and Rev. Tod Hornby (Ret. Pastor-Lake City Community Church). What a blessing it is to have these two incredible men of God dedicate their time and efforts to help support our school ministry. Please join us in not only welcoming Pastor John and Tod, but please pray for their continued wisdom and guidance as given by the Lord Jesus Christ as they endeavor to add to our school leadership team. And thank you Lord for placing a heartfelt desire to serve Your ministry within all the staff of CCA! Praise be the Lord…!

CCA’s original founding board member resigns to focus on international ministries... pastor Geoff

With deep pride and humbled spirit, our chairman-of-the-board Rev. Geoffrey Rinehart has submitted his resignation to our board and administrative-team detailing his need to focus his attentions to his primary calling as the president of Communitas International.

Pastor Geoff has been dedicated to the purpose and ministry of CornerStone since May of 2008 when Mr. Young purchased CCA. Upon the transition to a non-profit ministry in 2015, pastor Geoff became the first and founding member of our board. Yet during this time, he’s also been leading a homegroup fellowship, planting churches, and serving with Communitas International.

Not long after starting with Communitas, his calling and talents were recognized widespread and he was asked to become the president of their world-wide ministry. Seeing the needs first-hand, pastor Geoff has prayed and been guided to yield his full time and considerations to this extremely important mission-field.

We are so thankful for pastor Geoff’s time, efforts, attentions, dedications, prayers, love and support throughout these last 14-years of our work for the Lord Jesus.

Please join us in thanking the Lord for our blessings in having pastor Geoff and all his leadership over his time with us…

Shalom blessings Rev. Rinehart.
